Fish is also high in omega-3 fatty acids that help to regulate the body's blood sugar levels and decrease feelings of hunger. Canned salmon is much better than tuna because it contains more omega-3s and less mercury.

It's necessary to set an achievable goal for fat reduction. If you have an unrealistic goal then you'll get disheartened and stop following your plan. Set a realistic target with a time limit. The amount you want to lose in the time you'd like to lose it.

A person should increase their amount of Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps with burning fat and calories. It's a natural antioxidant found in fruits such as; oranges, strawberries, kiwi, red bell peppers, tomatoes, citrus fruits and spinach. Always drink a lot of water. Water can help when following a healthy eating plan.
